摘　　要：目的 探究桂枝新加汤加味治疗消化道出血后腹痛的疗效。方法 将2019年4月-2022年4月江苏省宿迁市中医院收治的86例消化道出血后腹痛患者,采用随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,各43例,对照组采用常规止痛治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合桂枝新加汤加味治疗。治疗1周后,比较2组的中医证候、疗效、视觉模拟疼痛(VAS)评分、血清β-内啡肽水平及不良反应。结果 治疗后,2组主证评分、次证评分、VAS评分均降低,研究组低于对照组(P <0.05);研究组临床疗效优于对照组(P <0.05);2组血清β-内啡肽均升高,研究组高于对照组(P <0.05)。2组治疗期间均未出现严重并发症。结论 桂枝新加汤加味治疗消化道出血后身体疼痛患者镇痛疗效显著且安全性良好。Objective To explore the efficacy of modified Guizhi Xinjia Decoction in treating abdominal pains after gastrointestinal bleedings.Methods From April 2019 to April 2022,86 patients with abdominal pains after gastrointestinal bleedings admitted to Suqian Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in Jiangsu Province were randomly divided into a study group and a control group,with 43 patients in each group.The control group received a conventional pain relief treatment,while the study group was treated with the Guizhi Xinjia Decoction on the basis of that.After one week of treatment,the TCM syndrome scores,efficacy,Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)scores,serumβ-endorphin levels and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the primary syndrome scores,secondary syndrome scores and VAS scores were all decreased in the two groups,and the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The clinical efficacy of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The levels ofβ-endorphins were both elevated in the two groups,and the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).There were no serious complications in both groups during the treatment.Conclusion The modified Guizhi Xinjia Decoction has a significant analgesic effect and a good safety in treating patients with body pains after gastrointestinal bleedings.
