摘 要:目的探讨药理学课程思政对护生社会责任及相关素养和课程学习水平的影响。方法选取山西医科大学汾阳学院2020级本科护理专业2个班的护生作为研究对象,按照班级分为试验组和对照组,每组50名。对照组给予常规方法教学,无刻意课程思政教学活动,而试验组在药理学教学过程中,充分挖掘思政元素,自然融入课程思政展开教学,对比两组护生的社会责任及相关素养、药理学学习水平、对教学满意度情况。结果试验组护生社会责任及相关素养评分及总评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组药理学学习水平中平时成绩为(24.80±2.53)分、理论成绩为(53.70±2.91)分、思政素养考核成绩为(7.50±1.58)分、总成绩为(86.00±7.02)分,高于对照组的(19.70±3.77)分、(41.50±3.87)分、(4.00±1.05)分、(65.20±8.69)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组护生对教学满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论药理学课程思政可有效提高护生社会责任及相关素养和课程学习水平。Objective To explore the effect of ideological and political education in pharmacology course on social responsibility,related literacy and course learning level of nursing students.Methods Nursing students from two classes of 2020 undergraduate nursing major in Fenyang College of Shanxi Medical University were selected as the research objects.According to the class,they were divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional teaching methods without deliberate ideological and political teaching activities,while the experimental group fully explored the ideological and political elements in the pharmacology teaching process and naturally integrated into the ideological and political education of the curriculum.The social responsibility and related literacy,pharmacology learning level and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of social responsibility,related literacy and total score of nursing students in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In the pharmacology learning level of the experimental group,the usual score was(24.80±2.53)points,the theoretical score was(53.70±2.91)points,the ideological and political literacy assessment score was(7.50±1.58)points,and the total score was(86.00±7.02)points.The scores were higher than those of the control group([19.70±3.77],[41.50±3.87],[4.00±1.05],[65.20±8.69]points),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction score of nursing students in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The ideological and political education in pharmacology course can effectively improve the social responsibility,related literacy and course learning level of nursing students.
