摘　　要：为解决传统办公产品无法适应新时代SOHO用户个性化需求的问题,本文基于模糊KANO-IPA分析法对用户需求优先级研究。通过文献查阅、问卷调查和用户访谈方法收集SOHO用户的需求,并对SOHO办公桌使用现状进行整理。根据收集的需求点进行模糊KANO问卷调研,对SOHO办公桌的功能偏好进行筛选。结合IPA分析法对功能需求偏好进行优先级排序,得到符合用户需求的SOHO办公桌设计要素,并指导设计实践。以SOHO多功能办公桌为例,验证了该模型的有效性。结果表明:整合模糊KANO-IPA分析模型可精准提炼用户需求,便于设计师理解和确定设计重点,为相关设计提供参考。In order to solve the problem that traditional office products cannot adapt to the personalized needs of SOHO users in the new era,the priority of user needs was studied based on fuzzy KANO-IPA analysis method in this paper.The needs of SOHO users were collected through literature review,questionnaire survey,and user interview,and then the current situation of SOHO desks was sort out.A fuzzy KANO questionnaire survey was conducted according to the collected demand points,and the functional attributes were screened.According to the IPA analysis method,the functional requirements were prioritized.The SOHO desk design elements that meet the users'requirements were also obtained,which could provide guidance for design.Taking SOHO multi-function desk as an example,the effectiveness of the model was verified.The results showed that the integration of fuzzy KANO-IPA analysis model can accurately refine user needs,facilitate designers to understand and determine design priorities,and also provide reference for relevant designs.
