“读史使人明智,读诗使人聪慧”——以中外“疗愈系”诗词作品的诵读和鉴赏为中心

摘　　要：“书目疗法”是当下开展“阅读疗愈”的一种基本方法。文章通过采撷现当代学人朱自清、顾随、夏承焘、琦君、周有光、陈乐民、叶嘉莹、莫砺锋等有关中外诗词的审美接受案例,尤其是具有心神疗愈内涵的名家名作,解析了诵读“疗愈系”诗词作品所具有的心神疗愈效用,指出当代图书馆同行应进一步认知“阅读疗愈”的人文价值内涵,切实重视对“疗愈系”诗词作品的遴选、内涵解读分析和阅读推广,并将它作为公共图书馆和学校图书馆等创新阅读推广活动的新题材。"Bibliotherapy"is a basic method to carry out"reading healing"at present.By collecting the aesthetic acceptance cases of Chinese and foreign poetry from Zhu Ziqing,Gu Sui,Xia Chengtao,Qi Jun,Zhou Youguang,Chen Lemin,Ye Jiaying and Mo Lifeng and other modern and contemporary scholars,especially the famous works with the connotation of mental healing,this paper analyzes the mental healing effect of reading"healing"poetry.It is points out that contemporary library colleagues should further understand the humanistic value connotation of"reading healing",and pay attention to the selection,connotation interpretation analysis and reading promotion of"healing"poetry,and take it as a new theme of innovative reading promotion activities in public libraries and school libraries.
