摘  要:以维持燃水比的稳定为超临界机组过热汽温的主要控制手段为前提,通过对工质热量传递机理的分析、研究,提出了超临界机组过热汽温焓值控制方法,实现了喷水减温的精确控制,解决了过热汽温控制的非线性、大滞后问题,并将汽温调节过程中对中间区段内工质温度的影响考虑到给水控制系统中,全面完善了超临界机组过热汽温控制方案,极大地提高了超临界机组运行控制的稳定性,对火电机组在“双碳”目标下实现节能减排和灵活运行具有重要的意义。On the premise of keeping the stability of the fuel-water ratio as the main control means of superheated steam temperature of supercritical units,the enthalpy control method of superheated steam temperature in supercritical units is put forward based on an analysis of the heat transfer mechanism of working medium,the precise control of water spray temperature reduction is realized,the nonlinear and large hysteresis problems of superheated steam temperature control are solved.And the influence of steam temperature regulation on the temperature of the working medium in the middle section is taken into account in the feed water control system,the superheated steam temperature control scheme of supercritical unit is comprehensively improved and the stability of operation control of supercritical unit is greatly enhanced,which is of great significance to the realization of energy-saving and emission-reduction and flexible operation of thermal power units with the targets of“Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality”.
