运动教育模式在高职院校篮球选项课中的教学研究

摘　　要：运动教育模式是由美国体育学专家西登托普提出的一种体育教学模式,以固定分组和角色扮演为学生带来真实且丰富的教学体验,不仅能培养学生的运动能力,更能激发学生的学习兴趣。该文从4个角度分析了运动教育模式在高职院校篮球选项课中的重要性,灵活多变的教学模式不仅可以忽略学生运动差异,还符合学生身心发展特点,达到全面培养学生的目的。在高职院校篮球选项课中,运用运动教育模式有利于提高学生的运动能力,激发学生参与体育活动的积极性,从而培养学生优秀的体育精神。The sports education model is a physical education teaching model proposed by Siedentop,an American sports expert,which brings students a real and rich teaching experience through fixed groups and role plays,and it can not only cultivate students'sports abilities,but also stimulate their interest in learning.This paper analyzes the importance of the sports education mode in basketball optional courses in higher vocational colleges from four perspectives,and the flexible teaching mode can not only ignore the differences in students'sports,but also conforms to the characteristics of students'physical and mental development and achieves the purpose of comprehensively cultivating students.The application of the sports education mode in basketball elective courses in vocational colleges is beneficial for improving students'sports ability,promoting their enthusiasm in participating in sports activities,and then cultivating their excellent sportsmanship.
