体教融合视域下高校高水平运动队发展新路径

摘　　要：高校高水平运动队是国民教育体系通过体教融合培养优秀竞技体育后备人才的重要实践。该文从体教融合的理念和实践出发,分析了当前高校高水平运动队建设面临的问题和挑战,探讨了体教融合视域下高校高水平运动队发展的新路径,包括优化项目布局、规范招生管理、深化教学改革、提高训练水平、完善竞赛制度、加强教练员建设等,旨在为促进高校高水平运动队服务于学校体育发展和国家竞技人才培养提供参考。High-level sports teams in colleges and universities are important practice for the national education system to train excellent reserve talents of competitive sports through the integration of sports and education.Starting from the concept and practice of the integration of sports and education,this paper analyzes the problems and challenges faced by the construction of high-level sports teams in colleges and universities,and probes into the new path of the development of high-level sports teams in colleges and universities from the perspective of the integration of sports and education,including optimizing project layout,standardizing enrollment management,deepening teaching reform,improving training level,perfecting competition systems,strengthening coach construction,etc.,aiming to provide reference for promoting high-level sports teams in colleges and universities to serve the development of school sports and the training of national competitive talents.
