摘　　要：加快体育强国建设目标任务的提出,为我国体育事业发展指明了新方向,同时对体育文化建设也提出了新要求。新时代社会主要矛盾的转变使休闲体育成为美好生活需要的标志性内容,作为一种社会文化现象,休闲体育所创造的文化是提升人民群众幸福感、获得感与满足感的重要内容。而在社会经济文化发展历程中,休闲体育行为的决策和选择受到文化传承、意识观念、个体需求层面的诸多制约,休闲体育文化的发展面临新的挑战。在加快建设体育强国背景下,应坚定文化自信,加强休闲体育文化融合继承;培育休闲观念,重视休闲体育教育的推动作用;推进休闲赋权,构建休闲体育服务标准化体系;优化设施条件,营造良好的休闲体育文化氛围。通过以上路径,实现我国休闲体育文化的创新发展。The target task of stepping up our efforts to build a leading sporting nation has pointed out a new direction for the development of sports undertaking in China,and put forward new requirements for the construction of sports culture.The transformation of the social principal contradiction in the new era has made leisure sports the iconic content of the need for a better life.As a social and cultural phenomenon,the culture created by leisure sports is an important content to increase people's sense of happiness,gain and satisfaction.In the process of socioeconomic and cultural development,the decision-making and choice of leisure sports behavior are constrained by cultural heritage,consciousness and individual needs,and the development of leisure sports culture faces new challenges.Under the background of stepping up our efforts to build a leading sports nation,we should strengthen cultural confidence and strengthen the integration and inheritance of leisure sports culture,cultivate the concept of leisure and pay attention to the promotion role of leisure physical education,promote leisure empowerment and build a standardized system of leisure sports services,and optimize facility conditions to create a good leisure sports cultural atmosphere.Through above paths,the innovative development of China's leisure sports culture will be realized.
