摘　　要：通过解析民族体育异化原因和影响因素,提出多项措施:正视民族体育发展变化实际,通过转变观念,树立正确的价值取向,建立完善的价值体系;加强对民族体育文化多样性的保护传承,坚定文化自信;以健身需求为突破口,引导民族体育主动服务全民健身发展,政府部门加强政策法律支持保障。规避消解民族体育发展过程中的不利因素,使我国民族体育更好地适应新时代,顺利推进现代社会,使之保持旺盛生命力,健康延续并发扬光大,在新时代焕发出更加绚丽的光彩。By analyzing the causes and influence factors of the alienation of ethnic sports,it is proposed that we should face up to the reality of the development and change of ethnic sports and establish correct value orientations and a perfect value system by changing concepts,that we should strengthen the protection and inheritance of the diversity of ethnic sports culture and strengthen cultural confidence,and that we should take fitness demand as a breakthrough,and take measures such as guiding ethnic sports to actively serve the development of national fitness and government departments strengthening policy and legal support and guarantee,so as to avoid and eliminate unfavorable factors in the development process of ethnic sports,enable ethnic sports in China to be better adapt to the new era and smoothly promote in modern society,and enable it to maintain strong vitality,healthy continuation and development and shine more brilliantly in the new era.
