摘　　要：目前高校航海技术专业实验教师队伍的建设存在着人才流失,实验队伍不稳定,年龄、学历、职称等层次结构不合理,个人事务繁杂,岗位责任制度不明晰,考核、评审机制不完善等问题。结合工程教育认证的“以学生为中心、产出导向教育、持续改进”的三大理念,提出了如何在工程教育认证理念下,建设出一支结构合理、业务水平能力高、实践性强的航海实验教师队伍。At present, there are some problems in the construction of the experimental teachers’ team of navigation technology major in colleges and universities, such as brain drain, unstable experimental team, unreasonable hierarchical structure of age, education, professional title, complicated personal affairs, unclear post responsibility system, and imperfect assessment and evaluation mechanism. Combining the three concepts of engineering education certification, namely "student-centered, output-oriented education and continuous improvement", this paper proposes how to build a team of navigation experiment teachers with reasonable structure, high professional level and strong practicality under the concept of engineering education certification.
