“天地人”三才理论应用于中药学专业“中医学基础”教学探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨“天地人”三才理论在中药学专业“中医学基础”教学中的应用.方法:依次将“天地人”三才理论指导下“中医学基础”课程的教学目标的设定、教学内容的设计、教学方法的选择和教学效果的评价进行论述.教学评价采用问卷调查法及考试考核法.调研问题包含对中医学的学习兴趣、对中医学客观性的认知、对中医药思维的认知、教学满意度及授课教师满意度方面.考核包括平时考核和期末考核.结果:“天地人”三才理论下的“中医学基础”教学,在形成中医药思维、提升中医客观性的理解方面有突出作用,在此基础上可培养推陈破旧的创新精神与济世救人的仁医情怀.教学评价问卷共发放79份,回收70份,其中,男生18名,参与率为90.0%;女生52名,参与率为88.1%.调查结果显示:对中医学学习感兴趣的人群达92.9%;对中医学客观性的认知率达84.3%,对中医思维的正确认知率达74.4%;教学满意率及授课教师满意率分别为88.6%和95.7%.平时考核良好率为89.9%,期末考试及格率为78.5%.结论:“天地人”三才理论下的教学从自然科学、人文素养和自然规律等视角“深描”中医理论,有利于激发大学生的学习兴趣,培养中医药思维,使中药学专业学生从整体性、系统性、辨证性视角分析、发现并解决问题,同时还可以提高学生的道德情操,达到教书育人的目的.Objective:This manuscript studies the application of the theory called"Cosmos-Earth-Man"in the process of teaching in fundamental Chinese Medicine for Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)spe⁃cialty by using the method of questionnaire and examination.Methods:A total of 79 questionnaires were distributed and 70 questionnaires were recovered,including 18 male students,with a participation rate of 90.0%;there were 52 female students,with a participation rate of 88.1%.The survey questions include the learning interest of TCM,the cognition of objectivity of TCM,the cognition of thoughts of TCM,the satisfaction of teaching and teachers.Assessment includes daily assessment and final assessment.Results:The results showed that 92.9%of students with high interest in learning TCM.The recognition rate of objectivity of TCM reached 84.3%,the correct recognition rate of thoughts of TCM reached 74.4%;The satisfaction rate of teaching and teachers reached 88.6%and 95.7%.The good rate of routine examination is 89.9%,and the passing rate of final examination is 78.5%.Conclusion:It shows that the theory called"Cosmos-Earth-Man"is conducive to the cultivation of thoughts of TCM,the formation of traditional Chinese medicine thinking could also help promote students'physical and mental health,cultivate moral sentiment,and improve their ability to adapt to society,so as to achieve the purpose of education.
