摘　　要：为了解青少年排球教练员不同层次的领导行为对运动员心理疲劳的影响,以及运动员基本心理需要变量在其中的中介效应,采用教练员领导行为量表、基本心理需要量表和运动员心理疲劳量表对288名现役青少年排球运动员进行调查。研究结果:(1)5个不同维度教练员领导行为与运动员心理疲劳、基本心理需要存在不同程度的相关性(P<0.05);(2)教练员领导行为对运动员心理疲劳具有不同程度的预测作用;(3)教练员领导行为既可直接影响运动员心理疲劳,也可通过运动员基本心理需要的中介作用间接影响运动员心理疲劳。In order to investigate the influence of different levels of leadership behavior of adolescent volleyball coaches on players'psychological fatigue and the mesomeric effect of players'basic psychological need variables,288 adolescent volleyball players in active services were investigated with the coaches'leadership behavior description questionnaire,basic psychological need scale and athletes'psychological fatigue scale.The research results are as follows.(1)There were varying degrees of correlation between coaches'leadership behavior in five different dimensions and players'psychological fatigue and basic psychological needs(r>0,P<0.05).(2)Coaches'leadership behavior had varying degrees of predictive effect on players'psychological fatigue.(3)Coaches'leadership behavior could not only directly affect players'psychological fatigue,but also indirectly affect players'psychological fatigue through the mediating effect of their basic psychological needs.
