摘 要:为了进一步帮助学生提升体质健康水平,很多高校开设了体育保健课程,并发挥出了积极的促进作用。但目前高校体育保健课程建设还处在探索阶段,其在发展中还存在各种各样的问题,特别是在各个教学环节中,存在很多比较直观的问题亟待解决。为此,该文采用文献资料法等研究方法,以天津高校为例,对体育保健课程提质增效的路径展开了研究,以期能探索出新型的体育保健课程模式,从而全面促进学生的身心健康成长。In order to further help students to improve their physical fitness,many colleges and universities have set up the Sports and Healthcare course,and have played a positive promoting role.However,at present,the construction of the Sports and Healthcare curriculum in colleges and universities is still in the stage of exploration,there are still various problems in its development,and especially in each teaching link,there are many more intuitive problems to be solved urgently.Therefore,using the literature method and other research methods,taking colleges and universities in Tianjing as examples,this paper studies the path of improving quality and efficiency of the Sports and Healthcare curriculum,in order to explore a new model of the Sports and Healthcare curriculum,and comprehensively promote students'physical and mental health growth.
