高校啦啦操课程思政现状与对策研究

摘　　要：高等院校的人才培养是育才与育人同步实施的过程,高校身为思政建设的重要阵地,不仅要重视专业技能的教育工作,同时也应当注重学生思想品德以及道德观念的养成。该文采用文献资料法、专家访谈法分析了当前我国高校啦啦操课程蕴含的思政教育特征,在此基础上对思政教育融入啦啦操课堂的重要性展开分析,研究了将思政元素融入啦啦操课程中面临的困难,最后从强化啦啦操课程思政教学的目标认知、以多元化的形式融入思政元素、创新啦啦操思政教育的组织形式、增强教师的综合素养4个方面提出优化方案,希望能够为国家体育教学事业的发展提供参考。The cultivation of talents in colleges and universities is a process of cultivating talents and educating people simultaneously.As important positions for the construction of ideological and political education,colleges and universities should not only pay attention to the education of professional skills,but also pay attention to the cultivation of students'ideological morality and moral ideas.This paper uses the literature method and expert interview method to analyze the characteristics of ideological and political education in the current cheerleading courses in colleges and universities in China,on this basis,analyzes the importance of integrating ideological and political education into cheerleading courses,studies the difficulties in integrating ideological and political elements into cheerleading courses,and finally proposes optimization plans from four aspects:strengthening the target cognition of the teaching of cheerleading courses on the ideological and political dimension,integrating ideological and political elements by diversified forms,innovating the organizational form of ideological and political education in cheerleading,and enhancing the comprehensive literacy of teachers,hoping to provide reference for the development of national physical education.
