摘　　要：体育本质是体育的理论基础,对体育的发展具有重要意义。该文运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法对我国体育本质相关研究进行整理分析,发现我国体育本质研究虽起步较晚,但发展迅速,研究成果层出不穷。整理相关研究,发现体育本质概念主要分为教育论、体质论、活动论、文化论、人本论和多本质论六大类,桎梏体育本质研究的主要原因是:(1)体育的历史性和发展性致使体育本质不断变化,难以把握;(2)研究方法的局限性和可行性致使体育本质的研究难以让人满意。因此,该文提出不仅要认识到体育本质概念的发展性和无限接近性,还需丰富体育本质的阶段性研究,运用多种研究方法结合的方式研究。The essence of physical education is the theoretical foundation of physical education,which is of great significance for the development of physical education.The article uses the method of literature and logical analysis to organize and analyze the research on the essence of physical education in China,and finds that although the research on the essence of physical education in China started relatively late,it has developed rapidly,and research results are endless.By organizing the research of scholars,it is found that the concept of the essence of physical education is mainly divided into six categories:education theory,physique theory,activity theory,culture theory,humanism theory and multi-essential theory,and that the main reasons that hinder the research on the essence of physical education are as follows.(1)The historical and developmental nature of sports has led to constant changes in the essence of physical education and the difficulty in grasping.(2)The limitations and feasibility of research methods have led to unsatisfactory research on the essence of sports.Therefore,it is proposed not only to recognize the development and infinite proximity of the concept of the essence of physical education,but also enrich the phased research on the essence of physical education,and use a combination of multiple research methods for research.
