摘  要:为了实现安全和高效带电更换超高压交直流线路耐张塔跳线绝缘子串,通过对超高压交直流线路耐张塔跳线绝缘子串结构形式进行分析,提出带电更换耐张塔跳线绝缘子串的新技术,利用横担侧铝合金横担卡、丝杠、高压绝缘可调拉棒、重锤侧托板卡和智能牵引装置进行更换。作业人员在横担侧收紧丝杠后通过托板卡两侧受力同时提拉重锤端,使绝缘子串卸力,拆除导线端绝缘子,利用智能牵引装置牵引绝缘子完成旧绝缘子拆除和新绝缘子的安装。该技术应用作业工具少,降低了作业的劳动强度,提高了作业的效率,既能更换超高压交直流线路耐张塔跳线绝缘子串,又能更换直线塔绝缘子串,具有较高的推广应用价值。In order to achieve safe and efficient live replacement of insulator strings for jumper wires on EHV AC/DC lines,by analyzing the structure type of jumper insulator strings of UHV AC/DC lines,a novel technology of live replacing jumper insulator strings for jumper wire on tensioning towers is proposed.The technology utilizes a cross-beam side aluminum cross-beam card,a screw,a high-voltage insulated adjustable pulling bar,a heavy hammer side pallet card and an intelligent traction device for replacement.The operator tightens the screw on the side of the cross-arms and pulls the hammer end through the force on both sides of the pallet card at the same time,so that the insulator string unloads and removes the insulator at the wire end.Smart traction device is used to pull insulators to complete the removal of old insulators and installation of new insulators.The technology applies less operational tools,reduces the labor intensity of the operation,improves the efficiency of the operation,and can replace the insulator strings of the jumper towers of EHV AC/DC lines as well as the insulator strings of linear towers.This technology has strong promotion and application value.
