摘 要:首先,分析集热管热损测试系统温度控制过程的物理模型,推导出集热管温控系统的传递函数表达式,得知集热管热损测试系统为非线性系统。针对集热管热损测试系统的非线性,研究了积分分离PID控制算法,阐述该算法原理,设计控制器相关参数,结合集热管热损测试系统对该算法和常规PID算法进行系统性能仿真对比分析。结果表明,采用该算法设计的测试系统温度控制过程响应速度更快,控制精度达到±0.5℃,适用于相关温度控制场合。Firstly,the physical model of the temperature control process of the heat loss test system of the collector tube is analyzed,and the transfer function expression of the temperature control system of the heat collector pipe is derived,and the heat loss test system of the collector tube is a nonlinear system.Aiming at the non-linearity of the heat-collecting tube heat loss test system,the integral separation PID control algorithm is studied,the principle of the algorithm is described,the relevant parameters of the controller are designed,combined with heat loss test system of heat collecting tube,a comparative analysis of system performance simulation is carried out for this algorithm and conventional PID algorithm.The outcomes suggest that the test system which is designed by this algorithm,has a faster speed of response in temperature control process.The control accuracy reaches±0.5℃,which is suitable for relevant temperature control occasions.
