摘　　要：时代不断迭代更新,教育不断改革深化,社会对新时代高素质应用型人才提出了更高要求。当前不少高职生家国情怀与担当意识薄弱,学生职业素养有待提高,职业生涯规划能力不足,为此,必须将职业指导与思想政治教育相融合。高职院校必须全力加强理想信念教育增强学生家国担当意识,多维度拓宽培养渠道提高职业素养教育实效性,完善现代化职业指导教育体系,积极探索职业指导与思想政治教育有效融合路径,全力促进学生职业生涯可持续发展、职业教育不断改革创新、国家社会和谐发展。With the constant iteration and renewal of the times,education continues to undergo reforms and deepening.Society has put forward higher demands for high-quality,application-oriented talents in the new era.Nowadays,vocational college students often lack a sense of patriotism and a strong sense of responsibility.Their professional quality needs to be improved,and their ability to plan their career is insufficient.Integrating vocational guidance and ideological and political education have become an indispensable part of education in vocational colleges.In order to address these challenges,vocational colleges must make every effort to strengthen education on ideals and beliefs,enhancing students’sense of patriotism and responsibility and broaden training channels in multiple dimensions,ensuring the effectiveness of vocational competence education.Furthermore,it is essential to improve the modern vocational guidance education system,and explore effective integration paths for vocational guidance and ideological and political education.By doing so,vocational colleges can fully promote the sustainable development of students’career.drive continuous reform and innovation,and contribute to the harmonious development of the nation and society.
