摘　　要：“传统老牌专业”具有持久的生命力是因为社会的持续性需要。然而,在新时代新要求面前,其也面临人才培养模式创新等方面的新挑战。该文以“三教改革”为着力点,助力“传统老牌专业”人才培养模式创新,选择现代农业经济管理专业进行实践研究,对类似的“传统老牌专业”的革新路径、新的时代背景下人才培养质量的提升,进行积极探索。The long-lasting vitality of"traditional and established specialty"is due to the continuous needs of the society;however,in the face of the new requirements of the new era.It is also faced with new challenges such as the innovation of talent training mode.The author's team took the"reform of textbooks,teachers and teaching"as the focal point,promoted the innovation of the talent training mode of"traditional and established specialty",and chose the modern agricultural economic management major to carry on the practical research.This paper makes a positive exploration on the innovation path of similar"traditional and established specialties"and the improvement of talent training quality under the new era background.
