摘  要:结合高速铁路隧道因模筑衬砌施工质量缺陷所引发拱部混凝土掉块的病害特征,设计和制作以长方体钢筋混凝土试块模拟隧道衬砌拱部掉块的足尺模型隧道,在模型隧道洞内拱部采用化学锚栓锚固浸锌钢板以支承拱部试块,并在试块顶部堆放砂袋,模拟高速铁路隧道内空气动力学效应。通过对浸锌钢板受混凝土试块和砂袋重力作用的5个工况中弹性应变测试,得到相应工况中浸锌钢板承载力。试验结果表明,模型隧道洞内拱部利用化学锚栓锚固的浸锌钢板能起到拖曳隧道衬砌拱部混凝土试块的作用,可作为高速铁路隧道衬砌拱部掉块应急防治和预警措施,且其厚度宜≥10mm。In combination with the disease characteristics of concrete falling in the crown of high speed railway tunnel lining due to the flaws in its construction quality using cast-in-place method,a full-scale model tunnel is designed and made to simulate the crown falling of tunnel lining using cuboidal reinforced concrete precast block as the falling fragment.In addition,galvanized steel sheet is anchored on the tunnel inside crown using chemical bolts so as to prevent the concrete blocks from falling on tunnel crown,and galvanized steel plate is also used to withstand the weight of precast concrete blocks,meanwhile,woven plastic bags filled with fine sand are also piled up on the top of precast concrete blocks to simulate the aerodynamic effect induced by high speed train running into high speed railway tunnel.The load bearing capacity of galvanized steel plate in five test cases is obtained after measuring its elastic strains due to both the weight of precast blocks and plastic sand bags.Model test results show that galvanized steel plates anchored on the inside crown of the model tunnel can drag the concrete blocks falling from the tunnel crown,and be used as an emergency measure to treat the falling crown of high speed railway tunnel lining,and its thickness should not be less then 10mm.
