摘 要:针对当前我国预制叠合板安装时下部临时支撑密度大、成本高等问题,提出了一种模块化盘扣式支撑脚手架,主要由钢管脚手架承重核心和三角撑组成。采用同步液压千斤顶加载系统,进行6个竖向力加载试验,分别研究三角撑、钢管脚手架承重核心及整架承载力,并提出简易计算方法。结果表明,模块化盘扣式支撑脚手架搭设简单,现场搭设工作量小,在预制叠合板下部可形成宽敞施工空间;三角撑主要发生面外失稳破坏模式,并会影响承重核心承载力,当步距为1800mm时,钢管脚手架承重核心单根立杆极限承载力可达27.5kN;用于计算三角撑和钢管脚手架承重核心单根立杆承载力的简易取值方法和计算方法,可满足常规装配式住宅预制叠合板施工的支撑需求。Aimed at solving the problem that the temporary scaffolds under prefabricated monolithic slabs were crowded and the costs were very high,a modular disk lock supporting scaffold was proposed,which consisted of a steel tubular scaffold supporting core and triangular props.The system of synchronous hydraulic jacks was employed to test six loading specimens.The load-bearing capacity of triangular props,steel tubular scaffold supporting cores and entire scaffold system was investigated,and a simplified calculation method was put forward.The results show that it is easy to erect the proposed system,of which the workload at sites is low,and ample space under prefabricated monolithic slabs can be formed.The triangular props failed with out-plan buckling,affecting the bearing capacity of the supporting core.When spacing between the upright tubes reaches 1800mm,the bearing capacity of the steel upright tube at the supporting core can achieve 275kN.The proposed calculation method of the triangular props and steel tubular scaffold supporting cores can fulfill the requirements of supporting prefabricated monolithic slabs in common precast residential houses.
