摘　　要：目的:探究计算机辅助制作(CAM)高嵌体修复磨牙根管治疗后牙冠大面积缺损的临床疗效。方法:选择2019年9月~2020年9月本院收治的60例牙冠大面积缺损患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组进行常规修复,观察组进行CAM高嵌体修复。比较两组患者的治疗效果、修复体颜色满意度、修复体外形满意度、牙龈沟炎症因子指标、不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组的治疗有效率明显较对照组更高(P<0.05);修复体颜色满意度、修复体外形满意度明显较对照组更高(P<0.05);牙龈沟炎症因子指标治疗前差异无统计学意义,治疗后观察组的炎症因子改善情况更好(P<0.05);观察组的不良反应发生率更低(P<0.05)。结论:将CAM高嵌体应用在修复磨牙根管治疗后牙冠大面积缺损中效果显著,可以有效修复牙冠缺损,患者满意度高,临床应用价值确切。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of CAM onlay in the restoration of molar crown defects after root canal treatment.Methods:60 patients with large area of crown defect in our hospital from September 2019 to September 2020 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,30 cases in each group.The control group received routine repair,and the observation group received CAM onlay repair.The treatment effect,color satisfaction,shape satisfaction,gingival sulcus inflammatory factors and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The degree of satisfaction with the color and appearance of the prosthesis in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in gingival sulcus inflammatory factors before treatment,but the improvement of inflammatory factors in the observation group was better after treatment(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of CAM inlay in the restoration of molar root canal treatment after large-area crown defect has significant effect,can effectively repair the crown defect,high patient satisfaction,clinical application value.
