摘　　要：目的:探究对急性脑梗死患者运用脑循环功能治疗仪治疗对其神经功能恢复产生的影响。方法:选取2019年10月~2020年5月本院收治的140例急性脑梗死患者,随机分为观察组(脑循环功能治疗仪治疗)和对照组(常规治疗)各70例。结果:相比于对照组(81.43%),观察组治疗总有效率(97.14%)较高(P<0.05);治疗后,相比于对照组,观察组NIHSS评分较低,Fugl-Meyer评分较高(P<0.05),且观察组生活质量评分较高(P<0.05),观察组的焦虑和抑郁评分比对照组低(P<0.05),但两组无不良情况差异(P>0.05)。结论:运用脑循环功能治疗仪治疗急性脑梗死患者,能够提高治疗效果,改善患者的运动功能和神经功能,提升生活质量。Objective:To explore the effect of cerebral circulatory function therapy on the recovery of neurological function in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods:140 patients with acute cerebral hospital from October 2019 to May 2020 were randomly divided into observation group(cerebral circulatory function therapy)and control group(conventional treatment)with 70 patients each.Results:Compared with the control group(81.43%),the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group(97.14%)was higher(P<0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the NIHSS score of the observation group was lower,and the Fugl-Meyer score was higher(P<0.05),and the quality of life score of the observation group was higher(P<0.05),the anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were lower than those of the reference group(P<0.05),but there was no difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The use of cerebral circulation function therapy instrument to treat patients with acute cerebral infarction can improve the treatment effect,improve the patient’s motor function and nerve function,and enhance the quality of life.
