摘  要:为解决某铸造厂冲天炉鼓风机进风口噪声声压级较高且频带较宽的问题,根据消声器的原理,设计了一款复合式消声器,降低这种类型的噪声,给该消声器的后续优化提供参考。采用COMSOL Multiphysics软件对该复合式消声器进行声场频域分析和流场稳态分析,讨论了该消声器的前腔与后腔深度、串联三腔室长度对消声器传递损失的影响,以及三腔室长度对气流压力损失的影响。结果表明:随着前腔深度增大与后腔深度减小,该消声器在中低频段的传递损失峰值增大,而在高频段的传递损失变化不大;减小Ⅰ腔和Ⅲ腔长度以及增加Ⅱ腔长度,该消声器在中低频段的平均传递损失变化较小,在高频段的传递损失下降;增加Ⅰ腔室和Ⅲ腔室长度以及减小Ⅱ腔室长度,该消声器的压力损失增大。The noise of cupola blower inlet in a foundry had high sound pressure level and wide frequency band.According to the principle of muffler,a compound muffler was designed to reduce the noise of this type,which provides reference for further optimization of the muffler.The COMSOL Multiphysics software was used to conduct frequency domain analysis of the sound field and steady-state analysis of the flow field for the composite muffler.The effects of the depth of the front and rear cavities,the length of the three chambers in series on the transmission loss of the muffler were discussed,and the effect of the length of the three chambers on the pressure loss of the airflow was also discussed.The results showed that with the increase of the front cavity depth and the decrease of the back cavity depth,the peak value of the muffler's transmission loss increased in the middle and low frequency band,while the transmission loss changed little in the high frequency band.When the length of cavityⅠandⅢwere reduced and the length of cavityⅡwas increased,the average transmission loss of the muffler in the middle and low frequency band changed little,but the transmission loss in the high frequency band decreased.The pressure loss of the muffler increased with increasing the length of chamberⅠand chamberⅢand decreasing the length of chamberⅡ.
