摘  要:空调发电车是专门为旅客列车提供电力的车厢,在运行过程中,发电机组产生大量热量,工作人员需在高温下作业,为此,有必要设置空调系统来改善工作人员的工作环境。对空调发电车和空调系统进行简化建模,采用标准模型和CFD(计算流体力学)理论,对夏季25型空调发电车车厢内各工况的温度场和速度场进行仿真模拟。研究结果表明,适当提高送风温度、降低送风速度有利于车厢内整体热环境的均匀性和稳定性,但休息间温度较高,实际应用中可在休息间额外设置降温设备的措施改善其热环境。The air conditioning generator train is a carriage that provides electricity for passenger trains.During the operation,the generator units generate a lot of heat,and the staff needs to work under high temperature.Therefore,it is necessary to set up an air conditioning system to improve the working environment of the staff.Simplify the modeling of air conditioning generator train and air conditioning system,standard model and CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics)method were adopted for simulation of the temperature field and velocity field of each working condition in the model 25 air conditioning generator train in summer.The research results showed that properly increasing the air supply temperature and reducing the air supply speed were conducive to the uniformity and stability of the overall thermal environment in the carriage,but the temperature in the rest room was high.In practical application,the thermal environment in the rest room could be improved by setting additional cooling equipment in the rest room.
