摘 要:随着智能驾驶技术的不断进步,双冗余系统的EPS(Dual Electric Power Steering System)设计成为了技术主流。为了解决基于bootloader刷写软件时由于双系统不同步导致系统状态异常,进而EPS无法正确提供助力的问题,提出了一种单独刷新的实现方式,区别于主从刷写方式,在数据传输完成跳出boot模式后,采用一种强制复位方式使整个系统重置,能够有效解决单独刷新过程中双EPS系统之间的同步异常问题。经测试,采用这种刷新方法刷写后EPS系统状态正常。With the continuous progress of intelligent driving technology,the design of dual redundancy Electric Power Steering System(EPS)has become the mainstream technology.When writing software based on bootloader,the system status was abnormal because the two systems were not synchronized,and EPS could not correctly provide electric assistant.Different from the master/slave scrub mode,this thesis proposed an implementation mode of separate refresh,and used a forcible reset mode to reset the whole system after data transfer and jump out of the boot mode,which can effectively solve the synchronization anomaly between double EPS systems in the process of separate refresh.After the test,it can be seen that the EPS system status was normal after the refresh method.
