高校《乒乓球选项课》教学困境与对策研究

摘　　要：文章以高校《乒乓球选项课》的教学困境及对策为研究对象,采用文献资料法和访谈法等研究方法对高校《乒乓球选项课》的教学过程进行深度剖析。经过调研发现:学生在乒乓球学习过程中遇到缺乏体验式教学环节,关键技术掌握不够,在技术认识上存在误区,对专项技术动作缺乏控制,课下练习缺少合适搭档等问题。基于此,提出相应对策,在理论方面:对教学理念进行反思,实施翻转课堂模式,将“严出”理论贯穿于整个教学过程中,教学场地及教学用球的改进等方面;在实践方面:重点先行的教学改进措施,重在丰富高校《乒乓球选项课》教学手段,提升教学质量,提高同学对乒乓球技术的熟练度。This paper takes the teaching difficulties and countermeasures of"Table tennis Optional Course"in colleges and universities as the research object,and makes an in-depth analysis of the teaching process of"Table tennis Optional Course"in colleges and universities by means of literature,interviews and other research methods.After investigation,it is found that students in the process of table tennis learning are lack of experiential teaching links,lack of mastery of key technologies,misunderstandings in technical understanding,lack of control of special technical movements,lack of appropriate partners after class practice and other problems.This paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures,in the theoretical aspect:reflection on the teaching concept,implementation of the flipped classroom model,the strict out theory throughout the whole teaching process,the improvement of teaching sites and teaching balls,etc.;From the aspect of practice:the key teaching improvement measures are to enrich the teaching means of table tennis elective course in colleges and universities,improve the teaching quality and improve the students'proficiency in table tennis technology.
