摘  要:构建课程思政的评价反馈激励机制是确保课程思政教育可持续发展的关键一环。针对工科专业特点,论述实施课程思政的作用和必要性,提出将课程思政的评价反馈激励机制融入已有的教学评价制度中,一可避免重复建立评价机制,增加评价机制的有效性;二可避免重复评价,不增加实施成本;三可确保各方面评价的一致性。Constructing the evaluation,feedback and incentive mechanism is the key to ensure the sustainable development of ideological and political education in curriculum.Pointing at the characteristics of engineering major,this paper discusses the function and necessity of implementing ideological and political education in curriculum,and proposes to integrate the evaluation,feedback and incentive mechanism of ideological and political education in curriculum into the existing teaching evaluation system.Firstly,it avoids the repeated establishment of evaluation mechanism and increases the effectiveness of evaluation mechanism.Secondly,it prevents repeated evaluation and do not increase the implementation cost.Thirdly,it ensures the consistency of all aspects of evaluation.
