摘　　要：石油化工项目中接入DCS控制系统的控制阀门接近式阀位开关信号,由于各种阀位开关型式的区别,在应用时需要区分不同的接近式阀位开关的接线以及电源、信号的配置。合理的配置才能将现场接近式阀位开关所反馈的信号正确地送入DCS控制系统,从而能正确地反馈阀门阀位的变化。When signal of control valve’s proximity switch connected to DCS control system in Petrochemical Project,wiring of cable,power supply and signal configuration shall be identified due to the difference of various type of proximity switch on the control valve.Only with reasonable configuration and setpoint,the signal of proximity switch can be correctly sent to DCS control system,then the change of valve position can be correctly feedback in the control system.
