摘  要:将前沿科研成果-超疏水涂层的内容引入到本科物理化学实验中,设计了一个采用喷涂聚二甲基硅氧烷和疏水二氧化硅纳米颗粒的悬浮液至基底材料制备超疏水涂层的教学实验。通过涂层的制备、接触角测量、微观结构观察和应用测试,可以加深学生对润湿概念和超疏水原理的理解,学习表界面相关仪器的使用。本实验操作简单、现象直观,可使学生体会物理化学实验的趣味性与科学性,激发学生科学研究的兴趣,提高学生的科学素养。A teaching experiment of physical chemistry on preparation and applications of superhydrophobic coating was designed through introducing frontier scientific research achievements to undergraduate experiment.The superhydrophobicity of coating was achieved by spraying of a suspension of polydimethylsiloxane and hydrophobic silica nanoparticles onto the substrate.Through preparation of coating,measurement of contact angle,observation of the microstructure,and the tests of application,students can master the principle of fabrication of superhydrophobic coating and learn the basic instruments of surface science.Due to the simple procedure and intuitive results,students will participate enthusiastically in this experiment,which can greatly inspire their interests in scientific research and improve their ability of scientific research.
