摘 要:人类的耳部结构及听觉功能在胎儿时期就已发育完善,产前明确胎儿听觉功能可以达到指导生育或实现早期干预的目的。本文简要总结了胎儿期听觉系统发育及其评估方法,包括声刺激实验、脑磁图听觉诱发反应、影像学耳部畸形筛查、产前检测等,并初探胎儿镜在听力学领域的应用,以期助力精准防控耳聋出生缺陷。Auditory structures and function develop during the fetal period in human.Examination of fetal auditory function can guide pregnancy care and early intervention.In this review,development of the fetal auditory system and its evaluation methods are briefly summarized,including acoustic stimulation test,auditory evoked responses by fetal magnetoencephalography,auditory structure imaging,prenatal diagnosis,etc.Application of the fetoscope in the field of audiology is also discussed to facilitate precision prevention and management of congenital deafness.
