肿胀麻醉法脂肪抽吸术治疗脂肪瘤的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨在治疗脂肪瘤的方式中采用肿胀麻醉法脂肪抽吸术的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2021年9月-2023年2月,延边大学附属医院整形外科收治的行肿胀麻醉法脂肪抽吸术治疗脂肪瘤的30例患者临床资料。技术要点在于掌握瘤体抽吸的个体化、精准化控制。结果30例患者,随访3个月均无复发,切口不明显并无并发症发生。结论使用该方法进行治疗脂肪瘤,术中安全有效;术后恢复顺利,切口瘢痕小、术区无明显差别、患者满意率较高,是一种较好的治疗方法,值得推广临床应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of using tumescent anesthesia for liposuction in the treatment of lipomas.Method A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 30 patients admitted to the Plastic Surgery Department of Yanbian University Affiliated Hospital from September 2021 to February 2023 who underwent tumescent anesthesia liposuction for the treatment of lipomas.The technical key lies in mastering the individualized and precise control of tumor aspiration.Results 30 patients were followed up for 3 months without recurrence,and the incision was not obvious without any complications.Conclusion The use of this method for the treatment of lipoma is safe and effective during surgery;The postoperative recovery is smooth,the incision scar is small,there is no significant difference in the surgical area,and the patient satisfaction rate is high.It is a good treatment method and worth promoting clinical application.
