摘　　要：分析云南省咖啡产业发展现状以及存在的问题,并提出了相应的对策措施,以期为云南省咖啡产业高质量发展提供参考。云南得天独厚的自然条件为高品质咖啡的产出提供了优越的生长环境,高速增长的云南咖啡消费市场为产业发展迎来了机遇,但云南咖啡产业仍存在种植品种单一、精品率低、精深加工不足、产品同质化严重、产品附加值低、无统一品牌形象、宣传推介不足等问题。大力推广良种良法、推行绿色规范加工方式、发展精深加工、加强人才培养和品牌打造是云南咖啡产业提质增效、提档升级的关键措施。This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the Yunnan coffee industry and puts forward corresponding countermeasures to provide a reference for the high-quality development of the Yunnan coffee industry.Yun-nan's unique natural conditions supply a growth environment for high-quality coffee production,and the rapidly growing con-sumer market of Yunnan coffee has ushered in a new era of industrial development.However,the coffee industry in Yunnan still has problems such as single planting varieties,low rate of high-quality products,insufficient intensive processing,serious product homogeneity,low added value,lack of unified brand image,and inadequate publicity and promotion.Vigorously promoting high-quality varieties and methods,promoting green and standardized processing methods,developing deep proc-essing,strengthening talent cultivation,and brand building are vital measures for improving quality and efficiency and up-grading the coffee industry in Yunnan.
