摘 要:随着互联网技术的不断进步,企业在发展过程中也在不断加大人力资源管理信息化建设力度,人力资源档案数字化为人力资源管理提供了极大的便利。但如果不能科学运用数字化设备,就会造成企业员工信息泄露等问题,因此,要想推动企业的可持续发展,必须运用科学合理的有效措施开展工作。基于此,本文针对人力资源档案数字化管理的意义、存在问题展开论述,并为网络安全背景下的人力资源与数字化结合提供一些建议,希望能够为企业人力资源档案数字化管理提供借鉴。With the continuous advancement of Internet technology,enterprises are also increasing the construction of human resource management informatization in the process of development,and the digitization of human resources files provides great convenience for human resource management.However,if digital equipment cannot be used scientifically,it will cause problems such as employee information leakage.Therefore,for promoting the sustainable development of enterprises,scientific and reasonable effective measures must be used.Based on this condition,this paper discusses the significance and existing problems of digital management of human resources files,and provides some suggestions for the combination of human resources and digitization in the context of network security,hoping to provide reference for the digital management of enterprise human resources files.
