基于图书情报教育视角的智库建设与智库服务研究

摘　　要：智库主要指的是将各领域专家整合到一起,为各项政治决策提供相应的研究场所,在世界范围作用重大,也是国家软实力、决策科学水平的体现,能增强我国在国际上的竞争力度。当前,我国处于转型时期,应当构建相对系统、科学、完备的智库及服务体系,这对于国家科学决策水平、民主决策水平、法治决策水平的提升有着重要意义。该文主要从图书情报教育角度入手,结合当前图书馆智库建设与智库服务现状,对其优势及其相应问题进行分析,并提出有效应对策略。Think tanks mainly refer to the integration of experts in various fields to provide corresponding research places for various political decisions,and they play an important role in the world.They are also the embodiment of national soft power and scientific decision-making level and can enhance China's international competition.At present,China is in a period of transition,and it should build a relatively systematic,scientific and complete think tank and service system,which is of great significance to the improvement of the national scientific decision-making level,national democratic decision-making level and national rule of law decision-making level.This paper mainly starts from the perspective of library and information education,analyzes its advantages and corresponding problems in combination with the current situation of the think tank construction and service of libraries,and puts forward effective countermeasures.
