摘　　要：卵巢高级别浆液性腺癌(high-grade serous ovarian cancer,HGSOC)是一种极具侵袭性的上皮性卵巢癌(epithelial ovarian cancer,EOC)亚型,严重威胁广大女性的生命健康。尽管目前卵巢癌总体诊治水平较过去有所提高,但由于HGSOC的异质性高,个体差异大,其疗效仍不理想;更有效的治疗靶点与个体化的治疗方案亟待研究。近年来,随着高通量测序与分子生物学技术的发展与普及,HGSOC的诊治也随之迈入精准医学时代。HGSOC的分子病理诊断、基于转录组学的分子分型、预后分子标志的发掘及药物反应的早期识别不仅为HGSOC的诊治提供了指导性意见,同时也为发现新的治疗靶点开拓了思路。本文就精准医学在HGSOC中的应用进展作一综述,以期推动其在HGSOC领域的转化研究。High-grade serous ovarian cancer(HGSOC)is an extremely invasive subtype of epithelial ovarian cancer(EOC),which is highly lethal to women.Although the overall level of diagnosis and treatments has been improved,the efficacy of HGSOC is still not ideal due to its high heterogeneity and individual differences;thus,more effective therapeutic targets and individualized treatment are urgently needed.In recent years,with the development of high-throughput sequencing and molecular biology technologies,the clinical approach to HGSOC has entered the era of precision medicine.Molecular pathological diagnosis of HGSOC,molecular typing based on transcriptomics,exploration of prognostic molecular markers,and early identification of drug reactions not only provide guidance for the clinical approach to HGSOC,but also expand way for discovering new therapeutic targets.We review the application of precision medicine in HGSOC,hoping to promote its translational research in the realm of HGSOC.
