高校化工医药类实验室安全与环保管理体系建设新探

摘　　要：高校化工医药类实验室是支持教学与科研、发明与创新的神圣之地,但是,实验室也存在安全与环保的隐患,这些隐患既有显性的,也有隐性的。要充分发挥高校实验室在教学与科研方面的独特贡献,就要充分重视实验室的安全环保问题,并结合实验室安全环保管理特点,完善并落实好实验室安全环保管理规章制度,建设、完善实验室安全环保管理系统平台,强化实验技术队伍建设,通过多措并举的措施确保化工医药类实验室平稳有效运转。Chemical and pharmaceutical laboratories in universities are sacred places to support teaching and research,invention and innovation.They have their own characteristics.However,the laboratory also has hidden dangers of safety and environmental protection,which are both explicit and implicit.To give full play to the unique contribution of university laboratories in teaching and scientific research,it is necessary to pay full attention to the safety and environmental protection issues of laboratories,improve and implement the safety and environmental protection management rules and regulations of laboratories,build and improve the safety and environmental protection management system platform of laboratories,strengthen the construction of experimental technical teams,and ensure the smooth and effective operation of chemical and pharmaceutical laboratories through multiple measures.
