高校大型仪器设备使用现状调研与思考

摘　　要：大型仪器设备是高校重要的物质资源,高校“双一流”建设离不开大型仪器设备的有效利用。以山东大学晶体材料研究院为例,依据近三年使用机时数据分析了仪器设备运行现状,归纳出影响仪器设备使用机时的五大问题。坚持问题导向,在管理体制、技术提升、仪器设备宣传等方面提出创新性改进举措,以提升后疫情时代仪器设备使用效益和开放共享水平。Large instruments and equipment are important resources in universities.The construction of "double first-class" schools wouldn't be achieved without the effective utilization of large instruments and equipment.Therefore,taking the School of Crystal Materials of Shandong University as an example,the operating status of instruments and equipment was analyzed based on the data of the instruments and instrument in last three years and five major problems in instruments and equipment use were summarized.Further,adhering to a problemoriented approach,innovative measures have been put forward in management system,technical promotion and equipment publicity,so as to improve the efficiency of large instruments and equipment use and sharing in the post-epidemic era.
