医学院校机能学实验室存在的安全问题及对策

摘　　要：实验室安全是高校安全管理工作的重要内容。医学院校机能学实验室安全问题主要涉及有毒有害化学品、实验动物、实验室感染、实验室废弃物,通过规范试剂药品的使用和存放、加强实验动物的管理、规范实验操作过程及实验室废弃物处置、完善实验室安全管理制度和安全责任体系、强化安全培训、加强防护设施建设等措施保障实验室安全,确保实验教学工作的顺利开展。Laboratory safety is an important element of safety management in universities.The safety of functional science laboratories in medical schools mainly involves toxic and hazardous chemicals,laboratory animals,laboratory infections and laboratory waste.By regulating the use and storage of reagents and drugs,the purchase and disposal of laboratory animals,the process of experimental operations and the disposal of laboratory waste,improving the safety management system and safety responsibility system,strengthening safety training and enhancing the construction of protective facilities,we can guarantee laboratory safety and ensure the smooth implementation of laboratory teaching.
