摘　　要：社会主义法治文化自信是全面依法治国的重要基石。社会主义法治文化自信要在把握其产生机理的基础上,从培育精神、完备良法、健全善治、高效普法等方面探究其实现路径。Confidence in socialist legal culture is an important cornerstone of comprehensively governing the country according to the law.On the basis of understanding its formation mechanism,this paper explores the realization path of confidence in socialist legal culture from the aspects of cultivating perfect spirit,building perfect laws,constructing sound and good governance and efficiently popularizing laws.
