摘  要:为准确测定环境空气中醛酮类化合物,对高效液相色谱仪(HPLC)色谱条件进行改进优化,并利用优化后的方法对环境空气中13种醛酮类化合物实际样品进行了监测。结果表明:(1)改进优化后的方法可使丙酮和丙烯醛两种化合物完全分离,达到分别准确定量的效果,建立了DNPH-HPLC法测定环境空气中13种醛酮类化合物的监测方法。该方法线性良好、检出限低、精密度高、测定结果准确。(2)采用优化后的方法监测环境空气中13种醛酮类化合物,其质量浓度变化范围为ND(未检出)~20.58μg/m^(3),丙酮、甲醛、乙醛和丙醛为环境空气中13种OVOCs的主要组分,其占13种醛酮类化合物总量的90.1%。该方法简单,灵敏,具有较好的实用性,为大气醛酮类化合物的监测技术及监测标准体系的完善提供技术参考。In order to accurately determine aldehydes and ketones in ambient air,this study improved and optimized the chromatographic conditions of high performance liquid chromatograph(HPLC),and used the optimized method to monitor 13 actual samples of aldehydes and ketones in ambient air.The results showed that:(1)The improved and optimized method can completely separate acetone and acrolein,and achieve the effect of accurate quantification respectively.A monitoring method for the determination of 13 aldehydes and ketones in ambient air by DNPH-HPLC was established.The method has good linearity,low detection limit,high precision and accurate measurement results.(2)13 OVOCs in ambient air samples were monitored by the optimized method,and the mass concentrations were varied ND(not detected)~20.58μg/m^(3).Acetone,formaldehyde,acetaldehyde and propyl aldehyde were the main components of OvOCs in ambient air,accounted for 90.1%of the total of 13 OVOCs.The method is simple,sensitive and practical,it provides technical reference for the improvement of monitoring technology and monitoring standard system of atmospheric aldehydes and ketones.
