摘 要:以MgO为载体,采用等体积浸渍法制备固体碱催化剂Na_(2)SiO_(3)/MgO。通过X射线衍射(XRD)和傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)分别对催化剂和产物进行表征。通过单因素试验和正交试验优化了大豆油制备生物柴油的工艺条件。结果表明:当Na_(2)SiO_(3)/MgO中的Na_(2)SiO_(3)负载量为20%(以MgO质量计)、醇油摩尔比为10∶1、催化剂用量4%(以大豆油质量计)、反应温度55℃、反应时间3h时,生物柴油的产率可以达到98.77%。XRD表征结果表明,当Na_(2)SiO_(3)的负载量为20%时,Na_(2)SiO_(3)以单层分散的形式附着在载体MgO表面,且没有形成新的晶体。FT-IR表征结果表明,所合成产物分子的官能团结构与目的产物相符。The solid base catalyst Na_(2)SiO_(3)/MgO was prepared by equal volume impregnation method with MgO as carrier.The catalyst and product were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD)and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR).The process conditions for preparing biodiesel from soybean oil were optimized by single factor test and orthogonal test.The results showed that when the Na_(2)SiO_(3)loading in Na_(2)SiO_(3)/Mg0 was 20%(based on the mass of MgO),the molar ratio of alcohol to oil was 10:1,the catalyst dosage was 4%(based on the mass of soybean oil),the reaction temperature was 55 C,and the reaction time was 3h,the yield of biodiesel could reach 98.77%.XRD characterization results showed that when the loading of Na_(2)SiO_(3)was 20%,Na_(2)SiO_(3)adhered to the surface of the carrier MgO in the form of monolayer dispersion,and no new crystals were formed.The FT-IR characterization results showed that the functional group structure of the synthesized product molecule was consistent with the target product.
