摘  要:目的探讨线上线下双向融合教学模式在骨科实习护生带教中的应用效果。方法选取2020年9月-2021年8月本院骨科的54例护理实习生作为对照组,2021年9月-2022年8月本院骨科的58例护理实习生作为试验组。对照组采用传统的本院教学方法,试验组采用基于智能手机线上线下双向融合教学,比较两组实习护生出科时的考核成绩和对教学的满意度。结果试验组实习护生的理论考核成绩、操作考核成绩及满意度得分高于对照组,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论线上线下双向融合教学模式能提高骨科实习护生带教中教学质量,提高护生满意度,值得推广。Objective To evaluate the effect of combined online and conventional teaching in training of nursing interns in orthopaedics department.Methods Fifty-four nursing interns who took orthopaedic internship from September 2020 to August 2021 were assigned to control group,and another 58 such nursing interns were assigned to trial group from September 2021 to August 2022.Conventional clinical training was applied to the nursing interns in the control group,while a teaching method of combined online and conventional training was applied to the trial group.Final examination scores and the assessment of the clinical training at the completion of internship were compared between the two groups.Result In the trial group,the final scores of theoretical test,skills and assessment of clinical training were all significantly higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions The combined online and conventional teaching can improve the quality of clinical training for nursing interns in clinical nursing in orthopaedics and gain satisfaction from nursing interns.Further studies are required to confirm its value in clinical training of nursing interns.
