留学生跨文化适应问题研究的综述

摘　　要：随着全球化进程的不断加深,各国间政治、经济、文化交流不断加强,跨国家、跨地区的学习和交流也日益增多,尤其在国内居民收入不断提高、留学门槛不断下降、市场对于人才的需求也更加多元化的背景下,外出留学已经成为目前国内的普遍现象。与此同时,随着留学教育逐渐走进人们的视野并蓬勃发展,由此产生的海外留学生跨文化适应问题开始受到海内外学者的广泛关注。该文将国内外学者针对海外中国留学生、来华留学生的跨文化适应情况、调节策略等方面研究成果做进一步整理总结和归纳分析,总结现有的研究成果,为促进这一领域研究的进步发展提供一些参考。With the deepening of the globalization,the economic,political and cultural exchanges between countries in the world have been continuously strengthened.Especially in the context of rising domestic incomes,falling study thresholds and a more diversified market demand for talent,studying abroad has become a common phenomenon in China nowadays.Cross-country and trans-regional learning and cultural integration have been increasing.At the same time,overseas study has gradually come into the people's vision and flourished.The problem of intercultural adjustment of overseas students has received a lot of attention from scholars at home and abroad.This paper further summarizes and analyzes the research results on the intercultural adaptation and adjustment strategies of Chinese overseas students and overseas students in China,summarizes the existing research results,and provides some references to promote the further development of research in this field.
