摘 要:研发了模拟含硼废液的喷雾干燥试验成套装置,开展了相关试验验证了工艺路线的可行性和可实施性。对不同硼浓度的浓缩液在不同的加热温度、不同的进料速度、不同类型的喷嘴和不同的雾化气流压力参数下,对浓缩液进行喷雾干燥,分别对各种工况下生产的样品进行了收集、取样、分析,计算不同情况下粉体的含水率和回收率,确定最佳操作条件,改进处理工艺,进一步加强含硼废液的净化效果和减容效果。根据试验结果最终确认浓缩废液喷雾干燥装置干燥工艺可行,减容系数满足要求,并且满足废物最小化的处理原则。A complete set of spray drying test device simulating boron containing waste liquid was developed,and relevant tests were carried out to verify the feasibility and feasibility of the process route.Concentrated solutions with different boron concentrations are spray dried under different heating temperatures,feed speeds,nozzles and atomizing airflow pressure parameters.Samples produced under various working conditions are collected,sampled and analyzed respectively.The moisture content and recovery rate of powders under different conditions are calculated to determine the best operating conditions and improve the treatment process,Further strengthen the purification and volume reduction effects of boron containing waste liquid.According to the test results,it is finally confirmed that the drying process of the concentrated waste liquid spray drying device is feasible,the volume reduction coefficient meets the requirements,and the principle of waste minimization is met.
