高职艺术设计(纺织装饰)专业产教融合人才培养研究

摘　　要：产教融合是当前教育教学的全新方向,也是解决学校教育与企业实际需求之间存在明显脱节问题的最有效途径,更是时代发展下当前高等教育改革发展所面对的现实需求之一。基于高职院校产教融合人才培养目标和纺织产业人才培养需求,分析了当前高职艺术设计(纺织装饰)专业产教融合人才培养存在的问题,并在明确了产业人才岗位定位和企业生产需求的基础上,探讨了课程体系构建、产学研联动发展等产教融合人才培养路径。The integration of industry and education is a new direction of current education and teaching,and it is also the most effective way to solve the obvious disconnect between school education and the actual needs of enterprises.Based on the training objectives of talents with integration of production and education in higher vocational colleges and the training needs of talents in textile industry,this paper analyzes the existing problems in the training of talents with integration of production and education in art design(textile decoration) majors in higher vocational colleges,and discusses the training paths of talents with integration of production and education,such as the construction of curriculum system and the linkage development of production,university and research on the basis of clarifying the position positioning of industrial talents and the production needs of enterprises.
