融资约束、国际质量标准与企业创新——基于世界银行跨国企业调查数据的实证分析

摘　　要：标准与创新的关系受到学术界高度关注,但鲜有学者将标准与融资约束和企业创新三者相联系,从而忽视了标准对缓解融资约束促进企业创新的重要调节作用。通过构建企业融资约束、国际质量标准与企业创新关系的计量模型,并采用IV-Probit方法实证检验了企业采用国际质量标准对缓解企业融资约束、促进企业创新的作用。研究结果表明,融资约束的存在显著地抑制了企业创新,融资约束程度越高,企业从事创新活动的概率就越低。但是国际质量标准对企业创新具有显著的正向作用,采用国际质量标准的企业从事创新活动的概率也会更高。进一步分析表明,融资约束对企业创新的作用会受到国际质量标准的影响,当企业面临融资约束时采用国际质量标准的企业比未采用国际质量标准的企业从事创新的概率更高。因此,在推动我国从要素驱动向创新驱动转型过程中需要高度关注质量标准,鼓励企业广泛采用成熟先进的国际质量标准,从而为企业创新提供经验积累和融资保障。In recent years,the relationship between standards and innovation has been highly concerned by the academic circles,but few scholars have linked international quality standards with financing constraints and enterprise innovation,thus ignoring the important regulatory role of standards in alleviating financing constraints and promoting enterprise innovation.By constructing the econometric model of the relationship between corporate financing constraints,international quality standards and corporate innovation,this paper empirically tests the key regulatory role of international quality standards by using IV-Probit estimation method.The results show that financing constraints significantly restrain enterprise innovation,the higher the degree of financing constraints,the lower the probability of enterprises engages in innovation activities.However,international quality standards have a significant positive effect on enterprise innovation,and enterprises that adopt international quality standards have a higher probability of innovation than those that do not.Further analysis shows that the impact of financing constraints on enterprise innovation is affected by international quality standards.when enterprises are faced with financing constraints,enterprises that adopt international quality standards are more likely to engage in innovation than those that do not adopt international quality standards.In this regard,this paper believes that in the process of promoting China’s transformation from factor-driven to innovation-driven,we need to pay close attention to the important role of standards,and encourage enterprises to widely adopt mature international quality standards,so as to provide experience accumulation and financing guarantee for enterprise innovation.
