摘　　要：目的:探讨分析神经传导速度测定联合表面肌电图检查在脑卒中偏瘫患者中的应用价值。方法:选取深圳市大鹏新区南澳人民医院收治的脑卒中偏瘫患者46例为研究对象,对患者的健侧肢体(纳入常模组)和患侧肢体(纳入研讨组)均进行神经传导速度测定联合表面肌电图检查,并对检查结果进行对比分析。结果:研讨组腓总神经、胫神经的运动神经传导速度和感觉神经传导速度均低于常模组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研讨组的胫骨前肌、腓肠肌积分肌电值(IEMG)和协同收缩率均高于常模组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:脑卒中偏瘫患者通过进行神经传导速度测定联合表面肌电图检查能够对神经损伤情况及肌张力、肌力水平进行了解,掌握患者的详细病情,为临床康复治疗提供依据。Objective:To investigate the application value of nerve conduction velocity measurement combined with surface electromyography in patients with hemiplegia after stroke.Methods:46 cases of stroke hemiplegia patients admitted to Nanao People’s Hospital,Dapeng New District,Shenzhen were selected as the study objects.Nerve conduction velocity was measured and surface electromyography(EMG)was performed on both the healthy limb(included in the normal model group)and the affected limb(included in the study group),and the examination results were compared and analyzed.Results:The motor nerve conduction velocity and sensory nerve conduction velocity of com mon peroneal nerve and tibial nerve in the s tudy group were lower than thos e in normal mode group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The IEMG and cosystole of the tibialis anterior muscle and gastrocnemius muscle in the study group were higher than those in the normal group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nerve conduction velocity and surface electromyography can be used to determine nerve injury,muscle tension and muscle strength in patients with hemiplegia after stroke,so as to provide evidenc e for clinical rehabilitation.
