摘　　要：新型冠状病毒感染属中医“疫病”范畴,本研究通过数据挖掘各地新型冠状病毒感染中医诊疗方案,明确本病的中医病名为“新型冠状病毒疫病”(以下简称“新冠疫病”)。中医药防治疫病历史悠久,经验丰富,形成了独特的辨治体系。注重辨证与辨病相结合,阐述运用八纲辨证、六经辨证、卫气营血辨证、三焦辨证对新冠疫病进行辨证分析;从病因、病性、病位等方面对新冠疫病进行辨病分析。旨在阐明新冠疫病的发病机制与病因,为广大学者研究新冠疫病的防治提供借鉴与思路。Corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19)belongs to the category of“pestilence”of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).The TCM name of this disease is determined as“COVID-19 pestilence”in this paper,through data mining of TCM diagnosis and treatment guideline of COVID-19 in various regions.TCM has a long history and rich experience in the prevention and treatment of epidemic diseases and formed a unique system of treatment with differential diagnosis.This system focuses on the combination of syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation.For syndrome differentiation analysis of COVID-19 pestilence,apply syndrome differentiation of eight principles,six meridians,Wei Qi Ying Xue and triple energizer.Disease differentiation analysis is based on etiology,character,location of and other aspects of COVID-19 pestilence.The aim is to clarify the pathogenesis and etiology of COVID-19 pestilence,and provide references and ideas for the prevention and treatment of COVID-19 pestilence.
