AH PLus与Endomethasone根管充填剂治疗牙髓炎的效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨AH PLus与Endomethasone根管充填剂对牙髓炎患者根管治疗效果的影响。方法:将82名牙髓炎患者按照根管填充剂类型分为AH Plus组和Endomethasone组,每组41例,两组分别采用不同根管填充剂给予一次性根管治疗。比较两组的疼痛程度(VAS评分)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、菌斑指数(PLI)、出血指数(BI)、牙龈指数(GI)、临床疗效和不良反应。结果:Endomethasone组治疗有效率97.56%高于AH PLus组85.37%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗3 d及治疗7 d后,Endomethasone组VAS评分均低于AH PLus组,hs-CRP、 IL-6、TNF-α水平均低于AH PLus组,PLI、BI、GI评分均低于AH PLus组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与AH PLus根管充填剂相比,Endomethasone根管充填剂进行根管治疗牙髓炎效果更加确切。Objective:To explore the effects of AH PLus and Endomethasone on root canal therapy in pulpitis.Methods:According to different types of root canal sealers,82 patients with pulpitis were divided into the AH PLus group and Endomethasone group,with 41 cases in each group.Two groups were treated with different root canal fillers for once-time root canal therapy.The pain response(VAS score),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),plaque index(PLI),bleeding index(BI) and gingival index(GI),clinical curative effect and adverse reactions were compared.Results:The effective rate of treatment in the Endomethasone group was 97.56% higher than that in the AH PLus group(85.37%),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After three and seven days of treatment,VAS scores in the Endomethasone group were lower than those in the AH PLus group.The levels of hs-CRP,IL-6 and TNF-α in the Endomethasone group were lower than those in the AH PLus group,and scores of PLI,BI and GI were lower than those in AH PLus group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with AH PLus root canal,Endomethasone on root canal therapy in pulpitis has a more accurate effect.
